I reckon "low-fat"/"diet" food and drink bulked out with sweeteners and other chemicals is genuinely a massive health bomb waiting to go off in the western world.
Sooner or later someone will prove a link between that diet and cancer or something, if it ain't already been done.
Maybe a bit conspiracy-ish but that's honestly what I believe, I don't think humans were designed to take in all the chemicals and shit that we do these days, and what makes it worse is we are fooled into doing it cos apparently it's "healthier" than eating natural fats etc.
